Alan Ingrody has been with the 35th District Court as a Probation Officer since 1985, becoming Chief Probation Officer in 1998. Mr. Ingrody worked as an intern and volunteer Probation Officer at the 18th District Court in Westland prior to coming to the 35th District Court. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan, Dearborn. He is married and has 2 sons.

Mr. Ingrody supervises a team of four Probation Officers and two clerks assigned to that department. He works closely with Work Detail Supervisors to keep the weekday and weekend Work Detail programs functioning
