Debra Kubitskey
Court Administrator
Debra Kubitskey has worked in the Court
system since 1990. She joined the 35th District Court staff
in October 1993 as a Probation Officer. She was elevated to
her current position as Court Administrator in February
2005.
She possesses a Bachelor of Science
degree from Central Michigan University and a Master of
Public Administration degree from Eastern Michigan
University. She is an active member of the Southeast
Michigan Court Administrators Association.
As the Court Administrator, Debra is responsible for the
overall day to day operations of the court. This includes
budget oversight, caseflow management, human resources,
community outreach programs and compliance with Michigan
Court Rules.
